Pricing Questions
What does OpenStays pricing start at?
₹950 a year plus GST for up to six rooms, and ₹9900 a year plus GST for up to twenty rooms. Both include unlimited reservations, the booking engine, guest ID storage and email support. There is no setup fee.
Is there any commission on my bookings?
No. Guests pay you directly into your own bank account and the money never passes through us.
Why is phone support not included?
A staffed phone line would raise the yearly price for everybody, including owners who would never call. Instead we include email support and offer a ₹1,000 support call when you actually want one.
How do WhatsApp credits work?
One outgoing message uses one credit, and one credit costs ₹1. Incoming messages are free. Credits are prepaid, never expire, and your balance is visible on the dashboard.
What happens if my credits run out?
Nothing breaks. Your calendar, bookings and guest records keep working. Only the outgoing automated replies pause until you top up.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. We are glad to see you grow. You can contact support team to upgrade your plan. Your data, bookings and credit balance carry over.
